Frozen Martini

The ultimate bartender hack. 

INGREDIENTS

100ml Nicholson Vodka

100ml Water

100ml Dry Vermouth

Lemon

Olives

METHOD

1. Remove 200ml of your Nicholson Vodka from the bottle and replace with 100ml water and 100ml dry vermouth.

2. Freeze overnight.

3. Add 100ml Nicholson Vodka to a martini glass.

4. Garnish with lemon zest and 2 olives.
