Nicholson has a colourful history with London’s Savoy - chic, I know. The Savoy's house gin was curated at our distillery in East London, and is still enjoyed behind the bar today. With 'The Coal Hole' Nicholson pub standing adjacent to the hotel, we like to think that we're the true spirit of the street.
Our relationship is celebrated with a classic cocktail recipe from Ada Coleman, the first female head bartender at the American Bar.
Ingredients
1 Part Nicholson London Dry Gin
1 Part Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Fernet Branca
1 Part Nicholson London Dry Gin
1 Part Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Fernet Branca
Method
1. Stir all ingredients and pour into a Nic and Nora glass.
2. Garnish with an orange zest.
