INGREDIENTS

25ml Nicholson Pomelo Spritz

100ml Chilled Champagne

Soda Water

Lemon

METHOD

1. Store your Nicholson Pomelo Spritz in the fridge.

2. Add 50ml of Nicholson Pomelo Spritz and 100ml chilled champagne to a champagne flute.

3. Garnish with lemon zest.
