Elevating cocktail service in Antigua’s premier restaurants

With the high season comes an unattainable turn-around for producing high-quality cocktails. Working with the founder Alex Grimley, we took the six best-selling cocktails and put them on tap in every restaurant. Additionally, we designed and built three new bars offering a heightened cocktail experience.
Advertising on Virgin airways, custom staff uniforms and social takeovers, we curated a truly bespoke experience for all those involved.
Across the high season, cocktail sales were up 69%.
The Nicholson Pomelo spritz, known fondly as the pink juice, took 45% of Aperol’s sales from a standing start.
