The premiere of premium cocktails at the cricket
Cricket played an inaugural role in the Nicholson brand, ever since William Nicholson built and purchased the freehold of Lord’s Cricket Ground. We wanted to invest in the sport which has given so much to us, and what better team to back than the West Indies.
We collaborated with Rocks group, West Indies Cricket and the ICC to create a transformative experience for cricket fans. The Nicholson x Rocks Party stand was the highlight of the season and throughout the T20 World Cup, with a solus 1000-seater Nicholson pavilion offering table service and sumptuous cocktails on tap.
Accompanied by two bars in the main stand and a VIP experience, we witnessed a tournament of top DJ’s, the finest food, restaurant style seating, table service and newsworthy cocktails.
The T20 Cricket World Cup saw cocktail sales up by 500%.
