Classic Negroni: Store in the fridge. Add 100ml to a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with an orange zest.

Negroni Spritz: Store in the fridge. Add 100ml Nicholson Negroni, 1 part orange juice, 1 part soda water to a tumbler with ice and stir gently. Garnish with an orange zest.

Coffee Negroni: Store in fridge. Add 100ml Nicholson Negroni, 20ml Kahlua into a rocks glass filled with ice and stir gently. Garnish with an orange zest.

To zest the orange, hold the zest skin down over the liquid and squeeze to express the oils
Use one large ice cube, instead of multiple, to keep your drink cold and minimise dilution.
