Our debut Vodka cocktail - the Nicholson Espresso Martini stays true to one of Dick’s early, stripped-back formulas, using Nicholson English Wheat Vodka, and aromatic arabica coffee for a rich chocolate & vanilla flavour.

Quantity

Espresso Martini: Store in the fridge. Add 100ml of chilled Espresso Martini into a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply for 10 seconds then double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Festive Espresso Martini: This even more indulgent variation calls for 100ml served on the rocks, topped with a drizzle of Baileys.

This cocktail is delicious hot. Heat in a pan on a low heat for 10 mins and serve with a light whipped cream float and a pinch of fresh nutmeg
For a more luxurious garnish, try sprinkling a thin line strip of Green and Black’s dark chocolate cocoa powder over the surface of the finished drink.
