Mojito

Mojito: Store in the fridge. Add 100ml of Mojito into a tumbler filled with ice. Add 5 mint leaves and stir. Add 25ml of soda water into the glass and give a gentle mix. Garnish with a full mint sprig places next to a straw.

Dark and Stormy: Add 100ml Nicholson Mojito to a tumbler with ice and top with spicy ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and stir.

• The full mint sprig will ensure you get that all important waft of fresh mint as you’re consuming the cocktail. 
• The soda is only there for carbonation.  Add too much and your cocktail may get watered down. 
• Add a measure of fresh fruit puree to transform this cocktail.
