2 Parts Nicholson London Dry Gin
1 Part French Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1. Combine all ingredients and stir gently for 20 seconds in an ice filled mixing glass.
2. Strain into a pre chilled martini, Nic and Nora glass or Coup.
3. Garnish with a twirl of an orange zest.
