The Hasty Martini - an original creation of Harry Craddock, the legendary fourth head bartender at the American bar, Savoy. First recorded in Harry’s ‘Savoy Cocktail Book’, the Hasty Martini requires two parts Nicholson gin (as stated!), with one part dry vermouth.
For extra flair, our mixologist Ben Reed adds a dash of homemade grenadine syrup*, and a spritz of absinthe on the glass.
*To make the syrup at home, simply simmer one bottle of POM Wonderful pomegranate juice over a low heat for 15 minutes.
