The Hanky Panky: London’s 5* Savoy Hotel’s most renowned cocktail. Nicholson’s history with the Savoy dates back to the golden age of cocktails, circa 1880-1932, where they were in charge of distilling the iconic house gin.
A creation of Ada Coleman, one of the Savoy’s longest-serving head bartenders, the Hanky Panky is actually a type of Martini! To mix up this cocktail, you’ll require one part Nicholson London Dry Gin, one part vermouth and two dashes of Fernet Branca.
