Ingredients

4 parts Nicholson Blood Orange Gin
2 Parts Lime Juice
2 Parts Cointreau
1 ½ Parts Cranberry Juice

Method

1. Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass.
2. Garnish with an orange coin or a flaming orange zest to add a bartenders flair.

To flame a zest; cut a slice of zest from an orange. Light a match or lighter and hold the lit match several inches above the cocktail. Hold the orange peel coloured side down, about two inches above the lit match. Squeeze the zest to expel the essential oils over the flame. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass for additional flavour.
