Ingredients

1 Part / 25ml Nicholson Blood Orange Gin
½ Part / 12.5ml Elderflower cordial
Champagne to top up

Method

1. Shake your Nicholson Blood Orange Gin and Elderflower Cordial with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute (or coup, depending on the size of the garnish).
3. Top with champagne and garnish with a hibiscus flower, orange blossom or simply an orange zest or sprig of mint.
