The Atlantic Avenue cocktail celebrates our artist in residence: Shaquille-Aaron Keith. Born in South East London to Trinidadian heritage, we wanted to curate a cocktail that champions all that London and the Caribbean has to offer.
We present a classic with a twist. Inspired by Dick Bradsell - the cocktail 'godfather', and inventor of the espresso martini.
We’ve bridged the combination of gin and coffee with fresh ginger, subtle botanicals, and Caribbean spice. Give it a try.
Ingredients
2 Parts / 50ml Nicholson London Dry Gin
2 Parts / 50ml Nespresso Cold Press Coffee
⅕ Part/10ml Fresh Ginger Syrup
2 Parts / 50ml Nicholson London Dry Gin
2 Parts / 50ml Nespresso Cold Press Coffee

Method
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain twice into a chilled martini or coup.
3. Garnish by placing the ginger slice on the surface of the froth, centred for an aesthetic finish.
