And so it is with the Glorious G&T - our favourite summer recipe, the refresher to end all refreshers. Think cucumber, think elderflower, think mint. The perfect combination to transport even the most urban dweller to an English country garden.
Ingredients
1 Part Nicholson London Dry Gin
3 Parts Premium Indian Tonic Water
1/5 Part Elderflower Cordial
1 Part Nicholson London Dry Gin
3 Parts Premium Indian Tonic Water
1/5 Part Elderflower Cordial
Method
1. Fill glass a 12oz glass with good clear ice.
2. Add all ingredients and top up with tonic water.
3. Garnish with a cucumber strip (use a peeler!) and a full mint sprig.
